    IMG 20231218 WA0147سنڌ جي مشهور علمي ادبي شخصيت ڊاڪٽر نبي بخش خان بلوچ 16 ڊسمبر 1917ع تي جنم ورتو، جڏهن ته 6 اپريل 2011ع تي وفات ڪئي، ھن مختلف اسڪولن مان بنيادي تعليم حاصل ڪرڻ کانپوءِ بھاالدين ڪاليج جھوناڳڙہ مان بي اي آنرز ڪئي، ان کان پوءِ هن ايل ايل بي، عربي ۾ ماسٽرس ڪئي، ان دوران هن عربي شعبي جي چيئرمين پروفیسر علامہ عبدالعزیز میمڻ جي رھنمائي ۾ (اُموي دور جي آخر جي ھڪ باغي اڳواڻ منصور بن جمھور جو سنڌ تي تسلط ٿيڻ) جي عنوان تي مقالو لکي ڊاڪٽريٽ ڪئي، جيڪو پوءِ مختلف رسالن ۾ شايع ٿيو، ان کان پوءِ هن ڪولمبيا يونيورسٽي نيويارڪ مان به A Programme of Teacher Education for the New State of Pakistan جي موضوع تي پي ايڇ ڊي ڪئي، نوڪرين جي شروعات ھن سنڌ مسلم ڪاليج ڪراچيءَ ۾ ليڪچرار طور ڪئي، ڪجهه ڏينهن کان پوءِ پاڪستان جي وزارت اطلاعات و نشریات ۾ (Officer on Spacial Duty) مقرر ٿيو، ان کان پوءِ قدرت ﷲ شھاب سان گڏ ٻاهرين نشريات جي شعبي ۾ رھيو، دمشق ۾ پاڪستان جي سفارت خاني جو ترجمان رهيو، جلد علامہ آئي آئي قاضي جي آڇ تي سنڌ يونيورسٽيءَ سان لاڳاپجي ويو 1973ع ڌاري سنڌ يونيورسٽيءَ جو وائس چانسلر ٿي ويو، کيس (National Merit Professor) جو اعزاز ڏنو ويو، ھن ئي سنڌالاجي جو بنياد رکيو، مختلف ڊپارٽمينٽس قائم ڪيا، 1976ع ڌاري کيس وفاقي وزارت تعلیم ۾ رکيو ويو، ان کان پوءِ قومي ڪميشن برائي تحقیق تاریخ و ثقافت جو ڊائريڪٽر مقرر ٿيو، ھن ئي Journal of Historic and Culture جي اشاعت شروع ڪئي، ھن اتي وڏو ڪم ڪيو، مختلف موضوعن تي 25 ڇپرايائين، 1980ع ۾ اسلام آباد ۾ نئين قائم ٿيندڙ بین الاقوامي اسلامي يونيورسٽي جو پهريون وائس چانسلر مقرر ٿيو، ان کان پوءِ قومي ھجره ڪائونسل جو صلاحڪار مقرر ٿيو، 1991ع ڌاري سنڌ ۾ قائم ٿيل نئين اداري سنڌي ٻوليءَ جي با اختيار اداري جو پهريون چيئرمين مقرر ڪيو ويو، ڊاڪٽر نبي بخش خان بلوچ جو تمام گھڻو، علمي، ادبي، تحقیقي ڪم ٿيل آهي، جنھن کي ھتي بيان ڪرڻ تمام ڏکيو آهي

    facebook 1703600750478 7145419442137444254درِشهوار سيد، ڊاڪٽر: نامور اديب ۽ سماج سڌارڪ ڊاڪٽر درشهوار سيد، سنڌ جي قومي سياستدان جي. ايم. سيد جي ڌيءُ جو جنم 21 مارچ 1942ع تي اباڻي ڳوٺ سن،  ضلعي ڄام شوري ۾ ٿيو. جيئن ئي پڙهڻ جيڏي ٿي ته ملڪ جو ورهاڱو ٿيو ۽ 1947ع ۾ هندن لڏپلاڻ ڪئي. ان ڪري سن جي  گرلز پرائمري اسڪول ۾ پڙهائيندڙ ماسترياڻيون پڻ لڏي ويون، جنهنڪري ابتدائي طور کيس حيدر منزل ڪراچيءَ ۾ ڀائرن سان گڏ رهايو ويو ۽ ابتدا کان مئٽرڪ تائين ۽ بعد ۾ بي. اي 1967ع ۾ سينٽ جوزف اسڪول ۽ پوءِ ڪاليج ڪراچيءَ مان ڪيائين. 1969ع ۾ ڪراچي يونيورسٽيءَ مان ايم. اي فلاسافيءَ ۾ ڪيائين، جڏهن ته فارسي زبان جو سرٽيفڪيٽ ڪورس سنڌ يونيورسٽي، ڄام شوري مان 1972ع ۾ ڪيائين. ان دوران ئي سندس والد جي. ايم. سيد کيس  پي. ايڇ. ڊي ڪرائڻ جو خيال ظاهر ڪيو. 1974ع ڌاري ڊاڪٽريٽ جي ڊگري حاصل ڪرڻ لاءِ لنڊن وئي. پهرين 1978ع ۾ سسيڪس يونيورسٽي (Sussex University) ۾ داخل ٿي ۽ پوءِ لنڊن جي ايشين سائوٿ اسٽڊيز مان 1984ع ۾ پي. ايڇ. ڊي جي ڊگري حاصل ڪيائين. 
    هيءَ پهرين سنڌي عورت آهي، جنهن شاهه لطيف تي انگريزيءَ ۾ ڊاڪٽريٽ ڪئي. سندس پڙهائيءَ جي معاملي تان ’آل سنڌ سيد سادات‘ جماعت سميت گھر جي ڪجهه  فردن مخالفت ڪئي، پر سندس والد جي. ايم. سيد هر ڳالهه کي پوئتي رکي کيس پڙهايو، جنهن جو احوال جي. ايم. سيد ۽ درشهوار جي وچ ۾ ٿيل خط و ڪتابت جي ڪتاب ’ڏونگر سي ڏورينديون‘ ۾ پڻ موجود آهي، جنهن ۾ کيس مخاطب ٿي جي. ايم. سيد هڪ هنڌ لکيو هو ته:  ”تنهنجي علم جي حصول جي ڪاميابي، منهنجي مشن جي تڪميل جو واڌارو آهي.“ پيءُ جي ان خواب کي سنڌ جي هن  لائق نياڻي سچو ثابت ڪري ڏيکاريو. سندس شمار سنڌ جي تعليمي ماهرن ۾ ٿئي ٿو. ڊاڪٽر درشهوار سيد کي سنڌي، انگريزي، اردو ۽ فارسي ٻولين تي عبور حاصل هو. کيس پيار ۽ احترام مان ’جيجي‘ به سڏيو ويندو هو. هن 1985ع کان 1991ع تائين ڪراچي يونيورسٽيءَ جي پاڪستان اسٽڊي سينٽر جوائن ڪيو ۽ اتي لڳاتار تاريخ جو مضمون پڙهايائين.  ليڪچرار ۽ اسسٽنٽ پروفيسر جي عهدي تي فائز رهي. ڪراچي يونيورسٽيءَ ۾ درس تدريس جا فـرض سـرانجـام ڏيـڻ سـان گـڏ، 1991ع ۾ ڪـراچـي يـونيـورسـٽـيءَ جـي ’شاهه عبداللطيف چيئر‘ جي ڊائريڪٽر جي عهدي تي فائز ٿي. سندس انگريزي ڪتاب ‘‘Universal Message of Shah Abdul Latif’ 1986ع ۾ سنڌي ادبي بورڊ شايع ڪيو. ’لطيفي ڪهانيان‘ (اردوءَ ۾) 1993ع ۾ شايع ٿيو. ’شاهه عبداللطيف جي موسيقي‘ عنوان سان سندس ترتيب ڏنل ڪتاب ’شاهه عبداللطيف ڀٽائي چيئر‘ 1992ع ۾ شايع ڪيو. سندس سنڌي، اردو، انگريزي ٻولين  ۾ لکيل کوڙ سارا مقالا مختلف رسالن ۽ اخبارن ۾ شايع ٿي چڪا آهن. هن ڪيترن قومي ۽ عالمي سطح جي سيمينارن ۽ ڪانفرنسن ۾ شرڪت ڪئي ۽ اتي مقالا پڙهيا. کيس ڪافي تعداد ۾ اوارڊ به مليا، جن ۾ 1985ع ۾ ’ارنسٽ ٽرمپ اوارڊ‘، 1988ع ۾ ’لطيف گولڊ ميڊل اوارڊ‘. ساڳئي سال ’گورنمينٽ آف سنڌ ڪيش اوارڊ‘، 1990ع ۾ ’سچل سرمست اوارڊ‘ شامل آهن.  هن آل سنڌ وومين ايسوسيئيشن جو بنياد رکي، سنڌي عورتن ۾ جاڳرتا آڻڻ لاءِ ۽ انهن جي حقن لاءِ پتوڙيو ۽ ڪيترن شهرن جا دورا پڻ ڪيائين. 
    ان کانسواءِ شاهه لطيف چيئر ۾ رهڻ دوران هن (1) ’تحقيق جو طريقيڪار‘، (2) ’شاهه لطيف تي تحقيق‘، (3) ’ببليوگرافي آف شاهه لطيف‘، (4) ’شاهه جو رسالو‘ (چئن ٻولين ۾) لکيا ۽ سهيڙي ڇپايا.

    Introduction:
    I have been working on the political history of Sindh from 1843 to 1947. In this regard there will be one book of approximately 90 pages for one year. I have completed Sindh in 1941 & today another year has been completed and that is Sindh in 1942. This information has been taken from that book. This may kindly noted that a list of Sindhi freedom fighters of approximately 2000 has been published on my website: There is also a chapter on the sorrows and longings of freedom fighters published on my website. It is some sort of unique information on the history of the freedom movement. The information that is being shared here today is also in continuation in this regard. This is additional information that has been obtained from government secret records. It is very valuable and important and throws light on the great sacrifices made by Sindhis for the noble cause of the freedom movement. It is an eye opener for those who are of the opinion that Sindh has not played a vital role in the freedom movement. I do my level best to obtain information of this kind and include it in my year wise volumes.

Total is 109.
    28th February 1942: The details of persons detained, prosecuted and convicted for political and anti-war activities are:
    (a) Detained: 38 (Under Defense of India Rules-26 by Sindh Government), 19(Under Defense of India Rules-129 by Sindh Government), Total is 57
    (b) Prosecuted: 2(Under Defense of India Rules-8), 2(Under Defense of India Rules-24), 1(Under Defense of India Rules-38), 1(Under Defense of India Rules-81)= Total is 6.

       منھنجو والد ڊاڪٽر در محمد پٺاڻ 1980 کان لڳاتار لکندو پيو اچي. ڪن ڳالهين جو هن رڪارڊ قائم ڪيو آھي, ان کي في الحال ڪوئي ٽوڙي نہ ٿو سگهي. انھن مان هڪ مثال اهو آھي تہ هڪ دفعي هڪ ئي وقت ٽن اخبارن (هلال پاڪستان, جاڳو ۽ عوامي آواز) ۾ ھفتيوار ڪالم لکيائين ۽ اهي سال کن هليا. ٽنهي اخبارن جي ڪالمن جا موضوع الڳ الڳ هئا. ٻيو مثال هيءُ آھي تہ لڳاتار اٺن ڏهن سالن کان سندس ڪالم (تاريخ جي دري) “ڪاوش“ ۾ شايع ٿيندو رهي ٿو. 
         بابا سائينءَ جا ويهارو کن ڪتاب شايع بہ ٿيا آھن, پر سندس اڻ-ڇپيل ڪتابن جو تعداد تمام وڏو آھي. انھن ڪتابن جي ڇپائيءَ تي خرچ ڪرڻ بدران, انھن مان آھستي آھستي اهي مسودا گل حيات جي ويب سائيٽ تي رکندو پيو وڃي. هن وقت تائين جيڪي اڻ-ڇپيل ڪتاب ويب تي رکيا ويا آھن, اهي هي آھن:

    IMG 20231228 WA0032لطيف ثاني جي لقب سان مشھور سـنڌ جي عظيم شاعر، نثر نويس، ۽ دانشور شيخ مبارڪ المعروف شيخ اياز 2 مارچ 1923ع تي شڪارپور ۾ جنم ورتو، ھن قانون جي تعليم حاصل ڪئي ۽ وڪالت جي شعبي سان لاڳاپيل رهيو، ھن ڪھاڻيون به لکيون، ترجما به ڪيا ۽ ٻيو نثر به لکيو پر سندس سڃاڻپ ھڪ وڏي شاعر جي آهي، سندس مختصر ڪهاڻين جو پهريون مجموعو  1946ع ۾ ڇپيو،  جڏهن ته سندس شاعريءَ جو پهريون مجموعو ’’ڀنور ڀري آڪاس‘‘ 1962ع ۾ شايع ٿيو، جنھن تي 1964ع ۾ حڪومت پابندي لڳائي ڇڏي، سندس شاعريءَ جو ٻيو مجموعو ’’ڪلھي پاتم ڪينرو‘‘ 1963ع ۾ ڇپيو، ھن مجموعي تي به 1968ع ۾ پابندي لڳي، شیخ ایاز اردو ۾ به شاعري ڪئي، سندس اردو شاعري جي مجموعن ۾ (بوئے گل نالۂ دل، کف گلفروش اورنیل کنٹھ، نیم کے پتے ۽ حلقہ مری زنجیر کا) شامل آهن، شیخ ایاز شاهه لطيف جي رسالي جو اردو ترجمو به ڪيو، شیخ ایاز جي نثري مواد ۾ سندس خطن جو مجموعو، جي ڪاڪ ڪڪوريا ڪاپڙي، مضمونن جو مجموعو، ڀڳت سنگهه کي ڦاسي، يادن جو مجموعو، ڪراچي جا ڏينهن ۽ راتيون ۽ ساھيوال جیل جي ڊائري ۽ آتم ڪٿا ڪٿي ته ڀڃبو ٿڪ مسافر قابل ذڪر آهن، کيس شھيد ذوالفقار علي ڀٽي 1976ع ۾ سنڌ يونيورسٽيءَ جو وائس چانسلر مقرر ڪيو، شيخ اياز 28 ڊسمبر 1997ع ۾ ان جي وفات ٿي ـ

    IMG 20231228 WA0033سنڌ جي مشهور شاعر محمد عمر ميمڻ المعروف اختر ھالائي 27 ڊسمبر 1917ع تي هالا ۾ جنم ورتو، ھن پھرين ”مجرم“ تخلص اختيار ڪيو ھو، ان کان پوءِ ”اختر هالائي“ تخلص اختيار ڪيو، ھن سنڌي، اردو، عربي، فارسيءَ جي تعليم حاصل ڪئي، ھن پھرين گربيون ۽ سوسيون اڻيون، پوءِ خانداني پيشو يوناني حڪمت جو ڪم شروع ڪيو، سٺو هوميوپئٿڪ ڊاڪٽر به رهيو، ھن ٻه پنھنجيون هفتيوار اخبارون ”تعمير“ ۽ “ڪوثر” به جاري ڪيون، سندس شاعري ان دور ۾ نئين زندگي ۽ مھراڻ سميت مختلف رسالن ۽ اخبارن ۾ ڇپجندي رهي، اختر هالائيءَ 27 آڪٽوبر 1959ع تي وفات ڪئي
